By accessing or using the Pixoswiftrc platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pixoswiftrc (part of the xenobraarvynta.fun network).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.

We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
All games on the Pixoswiftrc platform operate according to individual game rules, which are available on our Rules page. By playing any game, you accept the specific rules governing that game.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors or malfunctions do not constitute valid game results and may result in game voids.
All transactions are processed in accordance with our payment processing partners' terms. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply as specified in your account settings. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requirements.
We process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, depending on payment method. Pixoswiftrc is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions are final. We do not accept chargebacks on legitimate gaming activity. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
All content on the Pixoswiftrc Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Pixoswiftrc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Pixoswiftrc.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixoswiftrc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Gaming involves financial risk and you participate at your own discretion and risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
