By accessing or using the Pixoswiftrc platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pixoswiftrc (part of the xenobraarvynta.fun network).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that online access is legal in your jurisdiction. Pixoswiftrc is not responsible for any illegal use of the Platform by persons who reside in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Any false information may result in account termination without notice or refund.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Pixoswiftrc cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
All journeys on the Pixoswiftrc platform operate according to individual guidelines, which are available on our Guidelines page. By beginning any journey, you accept the specific rules governing it.
All personalized journey paths are generated by our adaptive algorithms. Your progress is saved once confirmed by the system. Technical errors or malfunctions do not constitute valid completion records and may result in session voids.
All transactions are processed in accordance with our payment processing partners' terms. Subscription limits apply as specified in your account settings. Refunds may be subject to identity verification requirements.
We process refund requests within 1–5 business days, depending on payment method. Pixoswiftrc is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions are final. We do not accept chargebacks on legitimate subscription fees. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
All content on the Pixoswiftrc Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, journey designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Pixoswiftrc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Pixoswiftrc.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixoswiftrc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for subscriptions by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Digital engagement should be balanced with offline activities, and you participate at your own discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
