These guidelines apply to all members equally, without exception. They are not designed to restrict your experience — they exist to protect it. By engaging with Pixoswiftrc, you agree to abide by these guidelines in full.

General Platform Guidelines

  • Members are encouraged to maintain healthy digital habits
  • One account per person is recommended for accurate wellness tracking
  • Account sharing is discouraged to protect personal data
  • Members must provide accurate account information
  • All accounts are subject to identity and age verification
  • Pixoswiftrc reserves the right to request documentation at any time
  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated
  • Decisions made by Pixoswiftrc staff are final in all disputed matters

Privacy & Integrity

  • All personalized experiences are generated using secure, on-device algorithms
  • Using software to artificially inflate focus metrics is discouraged
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors is forbidden
  • Collusion between members to gain unfair advantage is prohibited
  • Pixoswiftrc conducts regular audits to ensure platform stability
  • Suspected misuse will result in immediate account review
  • Progress during confirmed system errors may be voided
  • Average effectiveness and calmness ratings are published for all journeys

Subscription & Billing Guidelines

  • Monthly subscription: $10 (or currency equivalent)
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of billing
  • All refund requests require completed identity verification
  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days
  • You may only receive refunds to payment methods used to subscribe
  • Suspicious financial activity will be investigated and reported
  • Chargebacks on subscription fees will result in account suspension
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for non-base currency accounts

Trial & Promotion Guidelines

  • One free trial claim per member, household, and IP address
  • Trial periods automatically convert to standard subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Trials are valid for 30 days from issuance unless stated otherwise
  • Complimentary premium access cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Pixoswiftrc reserves the right to withdraw trials at any time
  • Abuse of promotional offers will result in account suspension
  • Members subject to digital detox are not eligible for trials
  • All premium features are fully unlocked during your trial period

Journey-Specific Guidelines

  • Each journey has its own specific recommendations displayed before entry
  • Duration and intensity information is always accessible before the journey begins
  • In event of disconnection, your progress in the journey is automatically saved
  • Abandoned journeys may be continued within 24 hours of disconnection
  • Recommended daily limits apply per journey as specified
  • Live guided meditation hosts follow standardised session procedures
  • Chat features in live sessions must be used respectfully
  • Supplemental exercises follow the same guidelines as the core journey

Digital Wellbeing Guidelines

  • Digital wellbeing tools are always available in your account dashboard
  • Detox requests are processed immediately without delay
  • Members under a digital detox may not access premium features
  • Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases have a 24-hour delay
  • Pixoswiftrc may impose limits at its discretion for member protection
  • Members can request a digital wellbeing review at any time
  • Staff are trained to identify and sensitively approach signs of digital burnout
  • Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated
